Role: Circuit Manager / Configuration Analyst
On-Site: Fort Belvoir, VA
Salary: $120,000 - $140,000

Recruiting Heroes is looking for a highly motivated Circuit Manager to join our client in Fort Belvoir, Virginia.
Configuration / Circuit Managers supervise the workfow and maintain
documentation involved in developing and maintaining the organizations enterprise network. The Configuration / Circuit Manager is responsible for maintaining the engineering process and establishing consistency of the products or circuits attributes throughout its life cycle. The
Configuration / Circuit Manger is responsible for documenting the organization's network infrastructure, recommending upgrades, and ordering circuits.
Day-to-day duties for the successful candidate will include, but may not be limited to:
Order point-to-point, VPN, and Satellite network circuits
Maintain ATO documentation for circuits
Maintain technical documentation
Communicate with leadership keeping them up to date on status configuration and circuits
Provide configuration management support for assigned projects.
Coordinates the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management systems.
Provide analysis of proposed design changes to determine the effect on the overall system; may recommend methods of improvement.
May act as liaison between functional groups.
Utilize product data management tools & MS Office Suite.
Responsible for regular reporting of progress and status.
Attending appropriate engineering or customer meetings.
General computer skills with developed familiarity with product data management tools.
Required Educaton and Experience: Bachelors degree or equivalent in IT related field and/or combination of experience and education.
Baseline certification: DoD 8570 IAT II certification, Security CE
ITIL Certfcaton
Five years of Industry-related experience support the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration management systems.
Required Skills: Experience providing configuration management support in an DoD Enterprise
environment
Experience with ALM and Configuration Management tools
Ability to work independently and under the supervision of others.
Organizational and mentoring skills
Required Clearance: Must possess at minimum TS/SCI Clearance. It is preferred that the candidate possesses a TS/SCI with a CI Poly security clearance.
Personnel must be U.S. citizen and capable of obtaining and maintaining a TS/SCI security clearance. Additionally, all personnel will require access to NATO classified
material and will require read on to NATO.
Clearance investigation close date must be no older than 5 years, 6 months at the time of application.
Must be willing to submit to, and be able to pass, a CI polygraph.
Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with DISA Storefront, WWOLS, and TCOSS
