The ideal candidate is a full-stack, product engineer with the extra ownership that comes with being our founding tech lead. They'll play a fundamental role in shaping our tech, product, and company -- and should both find that exciting and have relevant experience.

• Problem-space Immersion: Spend 6-12 months in the trenches, working in our offices, to truly understand the industry tooling, pain points and needs. During that time you’ll collaboratively build the first version of the product with real-time feedback from customers.
• Manage the full software development lifecycle including design, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
• Interface with stakeholders to ensure their needs are met and that the engineering team has clear direction and priorities.
• Build, lead, and mentor a team of talented engineers.
• Prioritize and triage competing projects as they proceed through their lifecycle proof-of-concept, implementation-as-spec and finally production.
