Hourly Rate : $55.00 an hour to $85.00 an hour depending on experience

Recruiting ACES is a fairly new consultancy specializing in talent acquisition and employer branding. We partner with organizations to develop strategies that attract, engage, and retain top talent, enhancing their employer brand and candidate experience.

Job Summary :

We are seeking an Employer Branding and Cx Consultant to join our dynamic team. This role involves working closely with clients to audit, strategize, and implement effective employer branding and candidate experience initiatives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Cx, Employer Branding, and Recruitment Marketing with a passion for creating compelling employer brands and positive candidate journeys.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct comprehensive audits of clients' existing employer branding and candidate experience practices.
• Develop and implement customized employer branding strategies that align with clients' business objectives and culture.
• Create engaging and inclusive candidate communication journeys, from initial contact through to onboarding.
• Collaborate with clients to design and standardize job descriptions, interview guides, and screening processes.
• Advise on salary negotiation tactics and assist in developing comprehensive onboarding plans.
• Establish metrics to measure the effectiveness of employer branding and candidate experience initiatives, providing clients with actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices, ensuring clients receive cutting-edge advice and solutions.

Qualifications :

• 3 years of experience in a combination of employer branding, recruitment marketing, and candidate experience.
• Strong understanding of candidate experience and employer branding strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver tailored solutions to diverse clients.
• Creative thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
