Sales Director

 

Overview

We are looking for an experienced and talented Sales Director to join our team. You will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase sales and team performance. You should have a strong understanding of business development, team management, and sales experience of 6-10 years. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for leading and motivating the sales team, establishing goals and meeting sales targets, and developing new business opportunities. You should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue, market share, and team performance.
  • Lead and manage the sales team, setting goals and targets, and providing regular feedback.
  • Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Identify new sales opportunities, develop new business relationships, and close deals.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Create sales presentations, proposals, and other materials to support sales efforts.
  • Develop and manage the sales budget and forecast sales revenue.
  • Train and mentor sales team members on sales techniques and processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and developments and share with the team.

Requirements

  • 6-10 years of sales experience in a leadership role.
  • Strong understanding of business development and team management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other sales software.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
