Young Parent Support Case Manager ($3,000 Sign-on Bonus)

Young Parent Support Case Manager (Fitchburg Office) - FT position available to assist young parents to obtain the necessary skills and knowledge to be competent parents, leading productive lives and ensures the healthy growth and development of their children. Must have strong knowledge of community resources and service linkage. BA/BS degree in related field required.
