Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Manager to oversee our retail operations. The Retail Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, and maximizing sales and profitability. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to effectively manage a team.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and achieve store targets
- Train and develop retail staff on product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service
- Conduct employee orientation and provide ongoing training and coaching
- Manage inventory levels, including stock replenishment and pricing
- Ensure visual merchandising standards are met to enhance the overall store appearance
- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a timely and professional manner
- Collaborate with marketing team to plan and execute promotional activities
- Conduct interviews and make hiring decisions to build a high-performing retail team
- Create employee schedules and manage shift assignments

Qualifications:
- Proven experience in retail sales and management
- Strong knowledge of market trends, competitors, and customer preferences
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficient in training development and employee orientation techniques
- Ability to effectively manage shift schedules and ensure adequate staffing coverage
- Strong problem-solving abilities with the capacity to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in using retail management software systems
