Our client is a growing tech company with a strong global presence. They are looking to bring on a People Business Partner to join them for a medium-term opportunity. There is a possibility this role will convert!

In this role, the People Business part will:

• Be the Sr. HR Business Partner/People & Culture Partner for our growing company
• Provide support and guidance to people leaders at all levels of the organization
• Partner with our Global People & Culture team to promote DEI in talent development and retention efforts
• Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including content development and program facilitation
• Leverage our HRIS platform internally

Pay range: $40-$48/hour - commensurate on experience

• 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or similar
• Experience working for a start-up
• Able to come into their Manhattan office two days a week
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
• Experience building and delivering presentations
• An employee-centric mindset
