In-Home Sales Professional

A local HVAC Contractor is searching for a dynamic salesperson to join our growing team.

Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated individual, a terrific presenter, a strong communicator, and someone who can close a deal.

No experience necessary! We will provide all the training and tools to succeed. As an HVAC Sales Advisor, you meet with our fantastic customers in their homes, offering expertise on which equipment best fits their comfort needs.

Each day is spent building lasting relationships, serving customers, closing sales, and building a path for a bright future.

Pay : Uncapped Commission

Benefits : Medical insurance (50% covered by employer), dental, vision, 401k with 4% company match, life, and supplemental insurance

Hours : Full Time with some weekends and evenings required

Required Qualifications :

  • 2 years of sales experience required
  • Magnetic personality
  • Ability to pass background screen
  • Valid driver's license and insurable driving record
  • In-home sales experience preferred
  • High school diploma or its equivalent
  • Good Computer skills
  • Desire to make $100K per year income
  • Excellent verbal skills
  • Professional phone skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Well-organized and ability to work independently
