Position Summary:
The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for problem-solving. This role involves managing administrative tasks, coordinating with various departments, and maintaining a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day office operations and administrative functions Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and events Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is stocked and functioning Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail Oversee office budgeting and expense tracking Support HR activities, including onboarding and training new employees Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Office Manager or in a similar administrative role Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite) Ability to work independently and as part of a team High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
Pay: $23.00/hr to $30.00/hr depending on experience
