Job Requirements :
- Construction trade dispatching experience (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.)
- Geographical knowledge of service area and map reading or GPS skills
- Scheduling or appointment-setting experience
- Advanced customer service and communication abilities (written / verbal)
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and organizational abilities
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while having attention to detail
