Recruit Secure is Hiring a RN Case Manager Near Newburgh, NY
Recruit Secure is collaborating with an Assisted Living Facility in Newburgh, NY that is seeking an RN Case Manager for direct hire. The RN Case Manager will be responsible for initial Assessments, creating Plans of Care, Discharges, etc., and ensuring quality care. Additionally, the Field Nurse will provide typical services such as IV Medications, Wound Management, Diabetic Testing, Insulin Shots, Checking Blood Pressure, Monitoring vital signs, diet, & ADL's. The successful candidate will be an experienced RN and have Assisted Living experience.
Requirements:
· BRN degree preferred but not mandatory
· Active NY State RN license
· Experience working as Field Nurse in Assisted Living Facilities
· Strong interpersonal and effective communication skills
· Follows patient care and company policies
· Good computer and EMR skills
· Strong problem resolution skills
