Recruit Secure is collaborating with a beautiful, highly rated Skilled Nursing Home ( beds) for a Physical Therapist (PT) in Ithaca, NYareafor direct hire. The Physical Therapist will be responsible for planning, organizing, and delivering Physical Therapy Services to the residents. The successful candidate will be an enthusiastic 'team player", dedicated to providing the highest level of quality care, hold at least a BS degree in Physical Therapy have at least 2 years of PT experience, and some geriatric population experience. The PT is responsible for evaluating, and assessing residents to create treatment plans, and patient care plans and establish long and short-term goals for each patient. Additionally, the Physical Therapist will be accountable for communicating evaluation findings, treatment plans, and recommendations to residents, their families, and interdisciplinary team members.
