Job Summary: Work independently while also functioning collaboratively as a member of a care team including medical providers, mental health counselors, peers and community partners as needed, in order to provide outstanding counselling services. Recovery Works NW is also a state-certified DUII Services Provider and this CADC position may require providing some services for DUII program participants.

Responsibilities:

• Conducting ASAM assessments,
• treatment planning,
• individual and group counseling,
• case management/coordination of care,
• referrals as needed and documentation of treatment progress,

Education and Experience:

• CADC I or higher required. Working towards or completion of CADCII preferred.
• Two years of experience as a CADC highly preferred.
• Knowledge of trauma informed care/practices.
• Knowledge and experience facilitating group therapy.
• Knowledge of evidenced-based counseling theories and practices (MI, DBT, ACT, CBT etc.)

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
