Recovery Unplugged in Lake Worth, FL is seeking an experienced and impassioned full time licensed primary therapist for our Detox and Residential substance abuse treatment program.

Recovery Unplugged has a cutting-edge approach to addiction treatment using music to breakdown defenses and engage clients in their treatment and inspire ongoing recovery. The work environment is energetic and our organization is focused on client care and improving outcomes.

Responsibilities:

The Therapist is responsible for performing a wide variety of patient care activities as directed by the Clinical Director. He/she will be responsible for the care of assigned patients and will provide group, individual, and family therapies as ordered by the Clinical Director.

The Therapist will collaborate with the Treatment Team in the development of the Master Treatment Plan and assists in coordinating discharge planning. He/she is also responsible for maintaining communication with referral sources and to provide other services as needed.

Requirements:

• Current Florida licensure as LMHC or LCSW strongly preferred
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a minimum of a MASTERS DEGREE in a health-related field
• Experience in a healthcare/counseling setting. Preferred Substance Abuse/Mental Health Experience
