Registered Nurse (RN) Opportunity

Recovery Centers of America at Devon is currently looking for Registered Nurses to join our team! Full-time Night Shift and Per Diem positions are available. The schedule is 12-hour shifts and requires a weekend rotation.

As a Registered Nurse, you will…

• Conduct intake assessments through interviews with patients and relatives to gather case history.
• Plan and provides nursing care for patients.
• Make nursing diagnosis of the medical status of patients and recommends treatment options.
• Consult with medical and other behavioral healthcare staff in designing appropriate treatment plans for clients.
• Administer and notes reactions to psychotropic drugs and other medications.
• Arrange further medical attention when necessary.

Job Requirements

• Current RN license in the state of Pennsylvania (or the ability to get licensed)
• Previous experience working in behavioral health or addiction is preferred, but not required
• Ability to read and interpret written information; write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar.
• Ability to speak clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification responds well to questions; demonstrates group presentation skills; and participates in meetings.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook; thorough knowledge of facility proprietary systems.
