Job Type: Full-time and Part-Time Schedule: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AMPay: $16.00 - $23.50 per hour ($2 shift differential for overnight shifts!)

As a Recovery Advocate, you will play a pivotal role in the recovery process of our clients. Your responsibilities include facilitating recovery activities, assisting with daily living activities, and maintaining a safe and supportive environment. You'll coordinate administrative tasks related to client care and represent the treatment staff, maintaining a visible presence within the unit and ensuring the safety and accountability of clients.

Responsibilities:

• Support and facilitate client recovery activities and groups.
• Assist clients with daily activities 
• Regularly update client records and complete administrative duties.
• Provide necessary supervision, redirection, and transport for clients.
• Serve as a positive role model, engaging with clients, children, and families compassionately.
• Conduct room and vehicle checks, administer medications, and perform drug tests.
• Ensure building security, including setting alarms and conducting wake-up rounds.
• Participate in the intake and discharge processes and facilitate visiting hours.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Familiarity with using computers and electronic communication tools.

Physical Requirements:

• Frequent communication, reaching, repetitive tasks, and mobility.
• Ability to lift children up to 60 lbs. from floor to waist height.
