**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a dedicated Wellness Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about promoting health and wellness, providing guidance, and supporting individuals in achieving their wellness goals.

**Duties:**

• Patient Relations: Manage relationships with current and potential patients, ensuring a positive experience from initial contact through ongoing care.
• Practitioner Coordination: Collaborate with and coordinate different practitioners and services to provide seamless and integrated care for patients.
• Event Planning: Plan and organize events such as workshops, seminars, and community outreach initiatives that align with our mission.
• Community Outreach: Develop and execute community outreach strategies to promote the center and raise awareness about our services.
• Marketing: Assist with marketing efforts, including creating content for social media, newsletters, and other promotional materials.
• Growth and Development: Continuously learn and contribute to the improvement of services and the overall growth of the company.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., psychology, social work, health sciences, or business administration) preferred.
• Experience in a mental health or wellness setting is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
• Passion for mental health and a desire to make a meaningful impact.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexibility and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and community outreach strategies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
