Summary:

ReCondition Pros is a high volume automotive reconditioning company that has experienced rapid growth and success. We are a team based company that believes in developing and training our associates and working towards a team goal everyday.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Adheres to Company safety rules and policies

• Responsible for: 

  • light sanding up to matching body lines

  • blocking and glazing

  • crease repair

  • stud welding

  • recreating body lines

  • plastic repair

  • hammering out or filling depressions with body filler, remove damaged fenders/panels

  • file, grind and sand repaired surfaces using power and hand tools before turning vehicles over to the Paint Department

  • reassemble parts after being painted

• Requires the use of safety equipment that may include but not limited to: mask, gloves, face shield/goggles, non-slip shoes and/or other protective garments/equipment as needed

• May be required to work overtime as needed

• Perform other duties as assigned by ReCondition Pros managemen

Job Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED preferred

• 3 years body experience required

• Must have own tools 

• Must be 18 years of age or older

• Must be able to pass pre-employment screening

• Attention to detail

• Basic computer skills will be required

• Must be able to ready, write and communicate effectively in English

• Must be highly motivated, self-starter and work as a team player

• Must have high levels of attention to detail, be able to multi-task and stay organized

• Must demonstrate the ability to act professionally

• Must be able to remain in a stationary position for long periods of time throughout the shift

• Must be able to occasionally move about inside the warehouse to access cabinets, supplies, etc

• Must be able to to occasionally lift, move, push and/or pull up to 50 pounds
