Company History

Recon Wear has been contracted with the U.S. Army for basic training custom platoon and battalion gear, and official Army PT gear since 2004. We have been working with each U.S. Army Basic Combat Training Unit at Fort Benning, helping them to design and produce their official Platoon gear. This artwork helps commemorate the beginning of their Army career and ensures that they will never forget their BCT experience, battle buddies, or the Drill Sergeants that helped mold them into the Soldiers they have become. Our guiding principle has always been to employ the "core values" at every opportunity with soldiers and civilians alike.

Warehouse worker/ sales associate

We are looking to hire candidates that will help us build our warehouse team. This job will require you to be on time, professional and have great customer service skills. We are looking to hire full-time positions 0900-1600, these hours will be guaranteed but you will be required to work outside of these hours in certain scenarios that help achieve the company’s overall goals and unit obligations. Some obligations that you will be required to attend are family day graduations and Company deliveries, Family Day graduations are a weekly event Wed-Friday, these events are a morning event, and you will need to be at work at 0700 on these days, Company deliveries can be from 0800-1800, all graduations and deliveries are a requirement to attend if you are scheduled for them.

Most of your day working here will be spent packing orders for unit deliveries in our warehouse, organizing/folding of products, and a regular inventory.

Family Day graduations are events we attend that require the setup of tents, tables and merchandise; these events are scheduled Wed-Friday from 0700-01100. This will require someone with great customer service and some experience with sales.

Unit deliveries can be conducted anywhere between 0800 and 1800, the majority will be in your 0900-1600 shift, any outside of the normal shift you will still be required to attend.

 You must be able to pass a background check to acquire a visitors pass that will allow you to access Fort Moore.

Salary: $12.00 per hour

Shift:

• 7 hours (0900-1600)

Included in these hours will be weekly family day graduations, you will need to be at work by 0700 for these.

Weekly day range:

• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
