Summary of Description:
The Technician will work under the supervision of an assigned specific discipline and based on experience the individual evaluates, selects, and applies standard applicable techniques. Could include discipline work of purchasing, expediting, NDT Inspection, project controls, surveying, laser scanning, schedulers, planner, construction inspectors, project coordinators, automation, controls, etc.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent (G.E.D.) with additional specialized training, or college course work, and at least six (6) years of experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job such as those listed above.

*Due to in plant position the below referenced Job Duties have been provided by client:
· Perform Enablon data management – update incident with person involved, update person responsible when there are changes in personnel, action item date changes.
· Rectify incomplete information incidents or other Enablon applications.
· Complete incident specific information: Investigation data, API fields, Incident Involvement and Action Plans.
· Assist plant personnel with setting up their personal reports and dashboards.
· Run system health reports for refinery Key Performance Indicators and Dashboard support.
· Assessment Management.
· Instruct employees/contractors on use of the software and Enablon user training classroom/TEAMs.
· Support one on one training, instruction, and troubleshooting.
· Metrics data entry and reporting for PSM KPI’s.
· System testing for new applications or system changes.
· LCMC Corporate support/sharing of Enablon application knowledge.
· HAZOP/PHA Preparation and Post PHA documentation and tracking.
· Regulatory and internal audit support.
· Finance Administration for the PSM-Safety Engineering Department
· Assist with other clerical duties.
Additional Functions
· Follow up with employee to acquire information for records that were submitted incomplete. Enablon & PHA.
· Enablon Dashboard Management
· Software Trainer/Instructor:
Instruct employees/contractors on use of Enablon Applications including procedural requirements and local site requirements.
· A System Administrator for the ARA PHA document software. Corporate SME for the software. One of 5 for the corporation who has this permission and 1 of 3 who has the knowledge to support as a system admin.
