JOB OVERVIEW: This position is an administrative and operational role with a primary focus on maintaining a diverse fleet and driver compliance requirements. Company success and growth has led to the need for a motivated individual to join our team and take charge of this multifaceted role. This individual will work alongside the Director of Safety and Compliance to facilitate a strong safety culture across all departments within RECO Equipment, Inc. and its divisions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Maintain a compliance database with vehicle and driver documentation in accordance with DOT regulations
• Oversee a fleet maintenance program and coordinate with site supervision to follow PM schedules and repairs
• Coordinate vehicle purchases and maintain files such as titling, plating, registration, etc.
• Driver behavior training and monitoring

Additional Responsibilities

• Assist with safety and compliance audits at branch locations
• Assist in composing, distributing, and gathering safety materials
• Participate in post incident/accident investigations
• Participate in onboarding new hires

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
