Reber Ranch Veterinary Hospital is searching for an experienced and well versed receptionist to join our growing front desk team! We are an AAHA-accredited 5 doctor small animal practice with a large attached full service grooming salon located in beautiful Kent, Wa.

Receptionists are our clients’ first impression of the practice, whether on the phone or in person. They must possess excellent telephone and in-person communication skills, a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Receptionists must have compassion for animals and their owners and understand the stress that our patients and clients endure.
Our front desk is very fast paced and our staff is expected to balance efficiency with relationship building and remain professional and friendly in every interaction. Our focus at Reber Ranch is to provide outstanding customer service while providing the best care available for our patients - we're looking for team members who can show real engagement in their position and have a true passion for pets!
