As the Marketing Specialist the new person in this role will be responsible for a variety of marketing tasks, including but not limited to:

• gathering and updating client information
• providing collateral material/supplies to customers/vendors in a timely manner
• maintaining monthly marketing plans and managing plan timelines and deadlines
• coordination of client visits
• coordination of creative for print and digital collateral
• represent the firm and oversee execution of events
• maintaining positive relationships with all vendors
• maintain and manage customer service surveys/feedback
• maintain a good working relationship with all outside entities
• follow-up with clients and vendors
• work closely with Marketing Director to accomplish team goals
• schedule meetings with new clients and vendors
• maintain and update weekly and monthly reports
• manage marketing traffic 
• review and manage with Marketing Manager marketing reports
• ensure consistent branding throughout
• local travel required/In office 1 day per week

The ideal candidate for this position will have previous marketing experience. Other key attributes the candidate must possess include strong written and verbal communication skills, strict attention to detail, excellent computer skills, high level of organization, and the ability to multitask.
