ReBath is looking to hire an Appointment Setter for our 9 AM to 5 PM position Monday through Friday as well as rotating weekends. As an Appointment Setter, you will be accountable for making calls to clients who have requested appointments for our services. This position primarily sets and confirms appointments with new and existing clients. Due to our fast growth, we are looking to add to our team.

Re-Bath is theexclusive bathroom remodelerfor the two largest home improvement retailers in the USA. We have a presence in over 140 stores throughout Ohio and Pennsylvania.

Requirements of Appointment Setter:

· Strong customer service experience

· Excellent phone and verbal communication skills

· Competent computer and internet navigation skills

· Proficient typing and data entry skills

· Able to pass a background and drug test

· Self-starter with a positive customer-oriented attitude

· Availability Monday through Friday from 9AM - 5 PM and rotating weekend availability

Responsibilities of Appointment Setter

· Provide a positive client experience

· Manage a large number of outbound and inbound calls on a daily basis

· Follow all scripts, policies and procedures provided by ReBath

· Make outbound calls to clients to confirm appointments
