Working foreman/construction manager needed for multiple projects and crew members. Must have management experience in a construction background. Deadlines, materials handling/delivery and construction work processes are an integral part of the position. Direct management over construction crew members. Proficient communication skills, knowledge of construction tasks/expectations/processes a necessity. Some knowledge in areas to include carpentry, design, plumbing, electrical, and roofing background necessary. Must have ability to be punctual, desire to teach others, exhibit patience and a high degree of organizational skills. Direct position assists owner in planning out projects and requirements. We want someone who wants to contribute and help grow the company through crew management and performance to meet deadlines. We seek someone who wants to do quality work on investment properties for long term rentals both single and multifamily properties, some apartment complexes. Maintenance background/property mgmt helpful.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
