Responsibilities:
- Assist clients in buying and selling homes
- Conduct market research to determine property values and competitive prices
- Create and maintain listings of available properties
- Show properties to potential buyers or tenants
- Negotiate contracts and terms of sale or lease agreements
- Coordinate property inspections and appraisals
- Provide guidance and advice to clients on real estate transactions
- Stay up-to-date with real estate market trends and changes in regulations

Qualifications:
- Valid real estate license (if you don't have one currently we can guide you through the process!)
- Sales Experience is required (does not have to be related to real estate)
- Strong communication skills and ability to speak in person and on the phone
- Strong organizational and administrative skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Customer-focused mindset with a strong attention to detail

Basic Requirements

• Valid Drivers License and dependable transportation
• Valid Pennsylvania Real Estate License (or be willing to obtain one)
• High School Diploma/GED
• Must be over the age of 18 years

As a Real Estate Agent with Realty ONE Group Ultimate, you will play a crucial role in helping clients navigate the complex world of real estate transactions. You will be responsible for assisting clients through every step of the home sale process and your clients will depend on you to be their advocate in the real estate process.
