Job Summary:

The Inside Sales Advisor is responsible for sourcing new Property Management Assignments as well as new Assignments for Property Accounting. This role focuses on identifying and working leads, with a strong emphasis on cold calling and creative prospecting. The Inside Sales Advisor coordinates with the Sales Manager on negotiating and closing new business and reports directly to the Sales Manager.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with commercial real estate clients, understanding their business objectives, challenges, and preferences to anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions.
  • Client Onboarding: Lead the onboarding process for new clients, conducting comprehensive needs assessments, defining service expectations, and developing tailored solutions to meet client requirements.
  • Market Research: Stay abreast of market trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes impacting commercial real estate clients, providing insights and recommendations to support informed decision-making.
  • Cross-Selling and Upselling: Identify opportunities to expand services and generate additional revenue from existing clients by cross-selling complementary services, such as property management, leasing, buying and selling, or mortgage loan services.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal teams, including project coordination, leasing and brokerage, accounting, and mortgage departments, to ensure seamless service delivery and coordinated efforts in supporting client needs.
  • Revenue Generation: Drive new company revenue to help achieve our growth plan by identifying and securing new business opportunities through direct sales efforts, including cold calling prospective clients to sell services.
  • Sales Program Support: Support scalable sales programs across a variety of direct clients and agencies, ensuring they align with the company’s strategic goals.
  • Best Practices Development: Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales, and services, enhancing overall efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Communication: Communicate updates with key internal and external personnel specific to projects, ensuring all stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Marketing and Lead Generation: Market company services to build brand awareness and generate interest and leads, contributing to the company’s growth objectives. Identify and generate sales leads through creative prospecting methods, including social media, networking events, and industry research.
  • Pipeline Development: Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients, tracking lead status and collaborating with leadership on viable leads.
  • Sales Meetings: Conduct sales meetings with a thorough understanding of the services we provide and develop personalized sales strategies to effectively communicate our value proposition to potential clients.
  • CRM Utilization: Utilize CRM software to manage client information, sales activities, and follow-ups, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting of KPIs.
  • Industry Engagement: Attend industry conferences and events to network and generate new business opportunities, providing feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and campaign effectiveness.

Job Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) with an emphasis in business, communications, marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 1-3 years of proven work experience in marketing and/or sales.
  • Florida real estate license, preferred.
  • Proven track record reaching and exceeding sales goals.
  • Passion for sales and marketing and up for the challenge of building something from the bottom up.
  • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Creative, outside-the-box thinker and strategist.
  • Effective team player through collaboration and partnership.
  • Ability to analyze and problem-solve effectively; able to offer solutions to resolve issues.
  • Ability to perform well in a highly dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
