Ways you'll help lead the team:

• Be responsible for quality of the products in assigned area.
• Ensure line associates are trained by using work instructions specific to that area.
• Communicate current availability and lead time for products produced in the team.
• Be responsible for completion of daily paperwork and daily recordings of team data.
• Assist with conflict resolution and performance of production associates.
