Are you a dynamic leader who flourishes with leading multiple workstreams and supporting business partners? Look no further! We’re seeking a versatile ServiceNow Product Manager to join our Customer Experience Team. 
What You’ll Do:
Shape and Drive Success: As a pivotal player, you’ll craft the future of our ServiceNow product offerings. Your expertise in ServiceNow ITSM, GRC, and ITOM will be crucial.
Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver outstanding solutions that elevate our customer experience.
Job Requirements:
Experience: You have a background in IT Operations, process analysis, Business Service Management, service discovery, and service automation with a focus on ServiceNow.
Deep Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of IT Operation processes and frameworks (SDLC, ITIL, etc.) and equivalent process improvement methodologies.
Service Excellence: Ensure the highest level of service for ServiceNow products, including implementing updates and new services for employees, real estate brokers, and affiliates.
Metrics and Improvement: Monitor and report key metrics, collaborate with stakeholders to drive performance improvements, and implement vital process changes.
The exciting things we will do:
Product Roadmap Ownership:
  • Define the product roadmap, aligning it with the overall business strategy.
  • Translate high-level product vision into actionable features and improvements.
  • Build a compelling vision for internal customer experiences.
Requirements Gathering and Solution Design:
  • Collaborate with team members across the organization to gather requirements.
  • Facilitate process mapping workshops to identify struggles and opportunities.
  • Perform gap analysis between existing functionality and desired features.
Custom Solutions and Innovation:
  • Design custom solutions when standard ServiceNow features fall short.
  • Identify areas where innovation can improve user experiences.
  • Work closely with development teams to bring these solutions to life.
Metrics and Prioritization:
  • Define and track metrics (objectives and key results) to measure product success.
  • Curate the product backlog, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
  • Prioritize features based on business impact and user needs.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience working with ServiceNow, specifically in ITSM, GRC, and ITOM.
  • Technical Proficiency: Understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and customization options.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex requirements and design effective solutions.
  • Strategic thinker Thinking: A forward-thinking approach to drive innovation and improve user experiences.
