  • Introduce, present, and train agents on new or underleveraged programs and initiatives, including regional, national and brand offerings. Consult, prepare and schedule listing and agent marketing plans. Maintain familiarity with company and brand intranet content updates and guide agents to appropriate resources.

  • Work with the brokerage Office Coordinators to ready sale and rental listings for online adverting, including preforming pre/post launch quality control according to style specifications and quality control guidelines.

  • Track marketing expenses and advertising per agent, per listing within our internal systems.

  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Real estate experience preferred, not required.

  • Strong presentation and influential skills.

  • Detail oriented and creative, prioritize, and manage a large workload in a fast-paced deadline driven environment. Experience multi-tasking, managing independent projects and working well with a team.

  • Strong written/verbal communication, organizational and customer service skills a must. Proficient in Adobe InDesign, basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop; strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Experience working with print advertising and production, not required.

  • Four plus years of solid client engagement and experience in a related marketing strategic support function.
