RealJoy Vacations is Hiring a Maintenance Technician for Vacation Rental Properties Near Destin, FL

Job Overview:

We are looking for a self-motivated individual who is multi-talented in most aspects of home repair (electrical, plumbing, AC, drywall, painting, windows, doors, screen repair, and appliance repair/installs). The ideal candidate will have the ability to think on their feet and will feel accomplished by finishing out any job right whether it be large or small. As a maintenance tech in this industry of short-term rentals, you will come face-to-face with guests and owners. You will be the difference between a good vacation and a great vacation.

Qualifications:

Valid driver's license
Reliable transportation to and from work
Previous experience in appliance repairs

Schedule:

This is a full-time, 40 hour/week, position located in Destin, Florida. Working days are Sunday-Saturday. Shifts vary between 9 am to 5 pm and 11 am to 7 pm. Weekend work is required.

Pay:

Starting pay is $20-$25/hour. Pay is negotiable based on experience and certifications.
