Job Title: Workday DeveloperJob Summary:We are seeking a skilled Workday Developer to join our team and assist in the implementation and customization of the Workday platform. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating, configuring, and maintaining Workday modules to meet the organization's business needs.Responsibilities and Duties:1. Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions in Workday.2. Customize and configure Workday modules such as HCM, Payroll, Talent Management, and Recruiting.3. Develop integrations between Workday and other systems using EIBs, Workday Studio, and web services.4. Conduct testing and troubleshooting to ensure the stability and accuracy of Workday configurations.5. Provide end-user support and training on Workday functionality.6. Stay up-to-date on Workday releases and new features to recommend and implement enhancements.Qualifications and Skills:1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2. Workday certification preferred.3. Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Workday implementation and development.4. Proficiency in Workday Studio, EIBs, and calculated fields.5. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.6. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.7. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.8.
