Job Title: SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Plant Maintenance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and optimizing the SAP Plant Maintenance module to ensure efficient and effective asset management in a manufacturing environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices to enhance equipment reliability and uptime.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Configure and maintain the SAP Plant Maintenance module to meet business requirements
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for critical assets
• Monitor equipment performance and recommend improvements to maximize asset reliability
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to identify opportunities for asset optimization
• Train end-users on SAP Plant Maintenance functionality and best practices
• Perform regular system audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance support and spare parts procurement
• Stay current on industry trends and best practices in plant maintenance technology

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
• 3 years of experience working with SAP Plant Maintenance module
• Strong understanding of asset management principles and practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• SAP certification in Plant Maintenance (preferred)
• Experience with integration of SAP PM with other modules (e.g. MM, PP)
• Knowledge of key performance indicators for measuring maintenance effectiveness
