As an Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for managing projects from set up to delivery. You will work with multiple teams internally to satisfy our customers' needs. You will be providing input on our product, managing our company's operational data, communicating with vendors and customers, and contributing to the team’s OKRs. 

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious, curious, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy professional looking to break into tech at the intersection of media measurement and market research. The role is based in New York City and is partly remote.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, manage, and coordinate custom research projects on the Realeyes and third-party platforms (panels, panel exchanges) and ensure on-time delivery.
• Evaluate and manage vendors on a project-by-project basis
• Prepare deliverables for customers and other teams internally.
• Coordinate with Sales and Customer Success to make sure that clients' expectations are met.
• Support Sales in scoping.
• Work with data to identify problems and ensure quality.
• Continuously work on expanding our panel reach.
• Act as the first line of support for clients and resolve any project-related or technical issues.
• Work at expanding our internal and external knowledge base, and contribute to the team's constant improvement culture.

Success Factors:

• Delivery deadlines and the highest possible quality outcomes are met.
• Potential issues are diagnosed early in the project life cycle by closely monitoring project health and analyzing data provided by third-party panels or the Realeyes platform. Problems are resolved independently or by involving other teams to ensure smooth and fast project delivery.
• Realeyes platform knowledge is kept up to date by following and understanding Realeyes product updates and new feature launches.
• Clear and efficient communication with clients and other teams within Realeyes. Able to explain complicated problems simply.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a Technical, Business, or Management field (Technical preferred)
• 2-4 years experience in operations, market research, or project management
• Analytical skills and ability to create sound business arguments backed by data
• Ability to work independently and take initiative to solve problems
• A strong team player able to collaborate effectively with a global team in different time zones
• An exceptional problem solver who is solution-oriented and has a genuine interest in helping others
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Computer skills required: Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including understanding Excel formulas and pivot tables
• Basic knowledge of a programming language or SQL is an advantage
