**Hours:**7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM. You will work BOTH Dayshift and Nightshift as part of your rotation.

**Shift Rotation:**3 on 3 off. 4 on 7 off. 4 on 3 off. 3 on 1 off. Rotation then starts over.

***$20.92 TO START, **WITH THE OPPORTUNITY TO INCREASE TO $24.18 AFTER 90 DAYS.

We are expanding and looking for production workers to add to our team.

Responsibilities

• Work as part of a team in support of a manufacturing operation with the goal of increasing productivity and decreasing downtime and waste.

• Assume an active role in overall plant and facilities-related work. This position requires assisting with all jobs on the plant floor.

• - Follow all company safety rules and lock-out-tag-out procedures.

• Maintain shop and shop equipment per 5S Standards.

• Other duties as assigned

• May be required to stack parts up to 30 pounds for up to 12 hours.

Basic Qualifications

- Must possess an understanding that you will be working in a non-climate controlled environment around furnaces that could reach 130° while wearing 100% cotton long sleeves/pants, hard hat, safety glasses, and face shield.

**-**Be passionate about maintaining a safe work environment.

**-**Must be able to work overtime and weekends as needed.

**-**Must be willing to work both Day shift and Night Shift.

**-**Must have a good attendance record.

**-**Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

- Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.

**-**Possess an understanding that temperatures and volumes of work may vary.

You should be proficient in:

• Machine Setups for Production Runs
• Blueprint Reading
• Packaging Experience

Machines & technologies you'll use:

• Forklifts
