Position Overview:

We are seeking a talented and creative Videographer & Video Editor to join our team Full Time. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through video and possess the skills necessary to bring our clients' visions to life In studio and In the field. This role involves shooting and editing a variety of video content, including reels, promotional videos, branded content, and more. You will primarily be working from the studio 8 am-4:30 pm with rare but occasional night or weekend shoots

Salary : $62,000

Responsibilities:

Video Production:

• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Plan and execute video shoots, including capturing footage, conducting interviews, and directing talent when necessary.
• Ensure all necessary equipment is prepared and in working order for each shoot.
• Travel to various locations as needed to capture footage.

Video Editing:

• Edit raw footage into high-quality, engaging videos that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
• Incorporate visual effects, graphics, and animations to enhance storytelling and maintain viewer interest.
• Select appropriate music, sound effects, and voiceovers to complement the video content.
• Iterate on edits based on client feedback to ensure final deliverables meet their expectations.

Creative Development:

• Contribute innovative ideas for video concepts and storytelling approaches that align with client goals.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in video production and editing.
• Continuously seek opportunities to improve the quality and impact of our video content.

Project Management:

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of the highest quality.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders throughout the production process.
• Keep detailed records of project assets, including raw footage, graphics, and final edits.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a videographer and video editor, with a strong portfolio showcasing your creative work.
• Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Capcut or similar. We provide these tools for you.
• Experience with motion graphics and animation software (e.g., Adobe After Effects) is a plus.
• Strong storytelling skills and the ability to convey complex ideas through visual media.
• Excellent attention to detail and a keen eye for visual aesthetics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to travel to various locations for video shoots as needed.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in film production, multimedia arts, communication, or a related field is preferred but not required.
• Relevant certifications or training in video production and editing are a plus.
