Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security Guard to join our team. As a Security Guard, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and secure environment for our clients and employees. If you have a strong background in law enforcement or security, excellent surveillance skills, and the ability to handle conflicts effectively, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities: - Monitor and patrol assigned areas to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access - Conduct regular security checks of premises to ensure safety - Respond promptly to alarms and investigate disturbances - Maintain accurate records of daily activities and incidents - Monitor surveillance cameras and report any suspicious activities - Provide assistance to customers, employees, and visitors as needed - Enforce company policies and procedures to maintain order - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary Skills: - CPR and First Aid certification - Proficient in surveillance techniques and CCTV operation - Knowledge of law enforcement procedures and regulations - Strong attention to detail and observation skills - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Ability to handle conflicts and difficult situations calmly and professionally - Experience in loss prevention is a plus We offer competitive pay rates and opportunities for career advancement within our organization.
