We are seeking a full-time Assisted Living Manager  to join and lead our team of motivated directors and caregivers. We are looking for individuals that want to make a difference in the lives of those around them, want to be challenged and rewarded. 

Requirements: 

*Two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Willing to train. 

*Experience working in a supervisory capacity in a geriatric or related setting required. 

*Must be a supportive team member, contribute to and be an example of team work and team concept. 

*Must have patience, tact, a cheerful disposition and enthusiasm, as well as the willingness to handle difficult situations.

*Responsible for 24-hour operation of facility; includes managing emergency situations and responding in a timely manner to residents/families' requests. 

*Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. 

*Ability to read, analyze, and interpret technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from residents, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format.
