About the Role:

• Manage daily service requests submitted by property managers.
• Troubleshoot and perform necessary repairs.
• Conduct routine bi-annual inspections, as well as move in and move out inspections.
• Determine scope of repair work required to meet safety and quality standards.
• Commute to properties and supply houses in a company van.
• Coordinate and communicate with Property Managers, and their tenants.
• Maintain a running inventory of all tools, equipment, and parts.
• Daily repairs may include light plumbing, light electrical, paint, wall repair and patch, painting, hanging blinds, lock changes.

We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills, with an emphasis on professionalism
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of home systems and components.
• Ability to work independently and/or with a team.
• Physical capability to Bend/Stoop, Squat, Crawl, Climb, Crouch, Kneel, Balance, Reach/Work Overhead, Drive, Operate various hand tools proficiently, Lift 50 lbs., Carry, Push, Pull.
• Valid Drivers License

Additional Skills That Will Set You Apart:

Previous employment in the home repair trade. Successful Service Technicians can come from a variety of backgrounds including apartment maintenance, HVAC repair, hotel maintenance, commercial maintenance, and general residential maintenance.
