Real Estate is Hiring a Property Management Associate Near Wilmington, NC
Industry leading real estate company is seeking a full time Property Agent to oversee approximately 80 properties with continued growth in mind. The ideal candidate would have at least 2 years of long term (year to year) property management experience. Be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, demonstrate organizational skills and have strong communication ability (written & verbal).

- Confidence in initiating & maintaining professional relationships
- Pride in proficiency and problem-solving abilities with sound judgement
- Tenacity to follow up on and resolve all outstanding issues
- Needs to be very detail oriented
- NC Real Estate License helpful
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
