Real Estate Property Management is Hiring a Front Desk Receptionist Near Harrison, NY

We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our company, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and creating a positive impression for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, exceptional communication abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service.

Responsibilities:
* Answer phone calls and direct calls to the appropriate individual or department

* Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor

* Assist with administrative tasks

* Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area

* Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages

* Provide general information to clients, visitors and staff members

* Assist with other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

* Previous experience in an office or receptionist role preferred

* Knowledge of office management systems and procedures

* Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment

* Excellent communication skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $22.00 per hour
