The MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN candidate will need previous apartment maintenance experience and be able to work both independently and as a team member. 
This position will share on-call responsibilities, and report any concerns to the Property Manager.

• Drywall experience is highly preferred.
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in Maintenance or Make Ready.
• The job requires lifting to 50lbs. 
• On-call rotation is required for this position. 
• A strong work ethic is very important.

Day-to-day duties include, but are not limited to:

• Making apartment units ready for move-in, including painting the unit. 
• Carpet cleaning. 
• General repairs. 
• Drywall repairs. 
• Tile replacement and other repairs as needed.
• Controlling expenses, and following up on resident service requests. 
• Completing work orders in a timely.
