Job Summary
Do you have a wide variety of maintenance and repair experience with an emphasis on turf equipment? If so, take a look at this position. The City of Fort Collins Facilities and Fleet team is looking for a Fleet Maintenance Technician to support keeping our turf equipment and other vehicles in good working condition so that they are safe, reliable, and can stay on task. This position will work at the 835 Wood Street Facility with a team of technicians in a shop with good lighting and lifts.
Work hours for this Fleet Maintenance Technician are Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM. Uniforms, safety shoes, and safety equipment are provided. CDL training and licensing is provided if needed. Please see below for the required licenses and certifications.
Compensation for this role is based on a step-level pay structure. Employee placement within this position's eight step-levels is determined by demonstrated competencies (knowledge and skills) and earning related A.S.E. certifications in light or heavy-duty vehicles and other associated A.S.E. certifications.
