Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Relocation Specialist for a project that will last 6 to 8 months. As a Relocation Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting clients with all aspects of their relocation process, ensuring a smooth and seamless transition. This role requires excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Duties:
- Coordinate and schedule all aspects of client relocations, including packing, transportation, and unpacking
- Communicate with clients to gather necessary information and provide updates throughout the relocation process
- Schedule clients for stay at suitable housing (Hotel Stay)
- Coordinate with third-party vendors such as moving companies, hotel staff to ensure timely and efficient service
- Assist clients with packing as needed
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing client inquiries and concerns in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate records of all client interactions and update relevant databases
- Assist with administrative tasks such as calendar management, event planning, and document preparation
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and walk up and down stairs
Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role is preferred
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
- Familiarity with relocation processes and procedures is a plus
Note: All positions at our company are paid positions, including internships.
