Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to oversee and manage the maintenance operations at our facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial maintenance, leadership skills, and the ability to supervise maintenance activities effectively.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations
- Utilize mechanical and electrical knowledge to troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues
- Implement and maintain a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
- Lead a team of maintenance technicians in performing scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks
- Conduct regular inspections to identify potential equipment failures and address them promptly
- Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment necessary for maintenance activities

Experience:

- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, including low voltage and high voltage systems
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a team
- Proficiency in English for effective communication within the team and with management
- Ability to maintain a safe working environment and ensure compliance with safety regulations
