IMMEDIATE NEED FOR DIRECT SUPPORT PROFESSIONALS
(SUPPORTED COMMUNITY CONNECTIONS)
Real Care, Inc. is seeking individuals to provide direct support for adults with developmental / intellectual disabilities in the Buena Vista area. We need DSPs to provide supported community connections, providers willing to provide 24 hours of community connections per week.
Compensation: dependent upon support needs of individual receiving care.
Real Care, Inc. provides residential services to adults with developmental disabilities in a variety of settings.
SCC providers will get to choose which individuals, time frame, location, etc. they are available to provide care. All necessary training is provided by Real Care, Inc. and the majority of training can be done online at the convenience of the provider.
We are currently seeking caring, committed, honest, and responsible individuals to be SCC providers. As an SCC provider you would provide direct care and support to adults with developmental disabilities in the community to insure their health and safety. These individuals may have challenging behaviors' and/or medical needs. Training is provided by the agency.
Qualifications Needed:
Experience with Developmental Disabilities is preferred but not required
Professionalism
Patience
Good written and verbal communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record
