Real Art is Hiring a Graphic Designer Near Dayton, OH

Real Art is looking for a graphic designer with strong concepting skills to join our Dayton team. This position is responsible for developing and producing high-quality design that solves problems, builds brand love, and excites audiences.

This role will concept and design assets for all aspects of a brand. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of the Adobe Creative Suite and be familiar with standard practices and procedures. You will work with fellow designers, developers, art directors, and producers to help bring projects from brainstorm to completion.

In addition, you will work quickly and efficiently to accomplish tasks with attention to detail, are able to manage multiple projects, and work collaboratively. The ideal candidate loves to learn and is willing to help multiple teams create meaningful work—whether that means learning a new skill, doing production work, or assisting at a video shoot.

Most importantly, we are looking for a fun-loving individual who enjoys the work they do, is excited to learn new things, and believes in pushing the boundaries of what’s possible.

Responsibilities may include

  • Concept and design inventive work
  • Ability to work well with a team in brainstorming and crafting ideas
  • Fluent in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Create accurate graphic files, proofs, and mock-ups
  • Strong illustration skills
  • Build and produce full print ready files
  • Communicate ideas visually, verbally, and in writing
  • Strong artistic and technical photography skills

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2-5 years of agency experience
  • Background in design, communications, marketing, or media
  • Not a remote position
