This Production Associate position is responsible for processing the fiber blankets by folding and connecting as part of our manufacturing process.
Great stable work and full benefits at our temperature-controlled plant located in Macedonia, OH.
Core Accountabilities
- Stage, lift, and stack fiber materials
- Operate machinery including forklift, welder, power tools, hand tools and crane
- Manually fold fiber blanket, compress with hands
- Work from elevated platforms, i.e., scaffolding, scissor lift
- Participate in safety related activities such as toolbox talks, safety training, and meetings.
- Wear all proper PPE and conduct workplace safety observations.
- Maintain site and department housekeeping standards.
- High School Diploma or relevant work-related experience.
- Reliability of attendance, ability to work extended overtime as needed
- Some Math required in stacking of material, counting, and the use of tape measure
- Show safe work practice around the facility
