Reagor Pet Hospital is seeking a Front Office Customer Service Representative for our busy full-service animal hospital. The right candidate will have excellent skills in client communication and customer service. Only an extraordinary pleasant representative will be considered.
MUST PROVIDE VERIFABLE REFERENCES
The right candidate will have experience in:
· Handling busy phones and determining what requires immediate care.
· Gather and input client and patient information into electronic medical records software system.
· Manage the daily appointment schedule
· Processing payment transactions (i.e credit cards, check or cash).
· Check in and discharging patients
· Taking prescription refill requests
· Strong communication skills
· Multi-tasking and stress-management abilities are key
· Familiarity with Cornerstone veterinary software
· Maintaining a clean reception and lobby area.
· A big heart and a love for animals
