Job Overview:

ReadyWorkInc is seeking a skilled Quality Control Assistant for a Manufacturing company in Santa Maria! The ideal candidate will oversee the quality control processes to ensure products meet company standards and regulatory requirements. The schedule will Monday - Friday you must be available to work overtime and weekends. Minimum of 1 year of experience working in a manufacturing company a plus.

Duties:

- Analyze product samples using measuring tools

- Conduct quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) inspections

- Collect and analyze data to identify areas for improvement

- Implement and maintain quality systems in accordance with regulations and CGMP standards

- Perform quality audits to ensure compliance with internal procedures and industry regulations

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

- Proficient in Microsoft Exel and Microsoft Word.

- Strong knowledge of regulations, CGMP standards, and quality management principles

- Proficiency in using measuring tools

- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data accurately

- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
